Angelo Luidens is a person you can be comfortable around. Since he believes we all make our own choices. In his case, he tends to choose to create new experiences for himself and others close to him, to learn and grow as a person, and if we can have fun doing that – the better. He likes to spend time outdoors, watch movies, talk on anything that makes your heart content, and sometimes, if possible, inspire others.
He is an innovator when it comes to integrating social scientific knowledge and technological advances and creates prosperity at either the individual and organizational levels. He creates green organizations through: Leadership – That inspires listening, connecting and sharing knowledge and experiences, playfully; Co-creating innovative and sustainable developments, by bridging the gap between business, social/cultural, and the technical aspects, integrating innovative technologies, creating holistic systems, and also apply remedies that allow balanced execution; consequently, delivering Value, such as, predictable growth, personal satisfaction and business prosperity, and peace of mind for his clients.
Angelo is currently involved with a leadership development project, to gather 5000 youth to have them create their own vision of Curaçao in 20 to 30 years. It is expected that the organizing committee, consisting of representatives of youth organizations, on realizing this event, will be inspired to continue working together on future projects, and thereby initiate a tsunami in materializing their future.
Another involvement is a sustainable economic development effort for Curaçao to become one of the top integrated logistical hubs in the world consisting of the integration of 5 economic sectors of the island of Curaçao. Angelo is particularly responsible for the non specific priorities that pertain these sectors, such as: Global mindset, Global Language Competency, Human Resources Development, Stakeholders Participation, Hassle-Free Business Environment, and World Class Customs Services. At this time, Angelo is facilitating the transition of this workgroup into the execution of the master plan developed for this effort to create a new economic pillar for Curaçao.
Angelo speaks four languages, and currently lives and operates from Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles.
