Registration and Payment

Training registration or booking fees is an all-inclusive (materials, taxes, and coffee breaks, credit card processing fees) fee, and must be paid in full at the time of booking. An order confirmation will be automatically sent out which will confirm your booking. All online payments through our credit card processing will be in USD amounts through a credit card. We also accept direct bank deposit payments and Dutch Caribbean Guilders (ANG). Training fees are subject to change at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience of the training, and offer therefore a 100% money-back guarantee up to 2 hours into the session. Your participation in the subsequent parts of the training constitutes consent that you are satisfied with the session, and consequently payment is due in full.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds of all fees paid will be made as a full and final settlement if a training session is cancelled by us, or if the session is re-scheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, or if you cancel your paid booking prior to two (2) weeks of the training date. Cancellation by participants must be made in writing (e.g. email) or through our online booking system. No refund is available if you cancel within two (2) weeks of the training date.

Postponement Policy

If you have booked and paid for a training and are unable to attend on the session date, and if another similar training is offered, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next earliest training of your convenience. If the subsequent training is cancelled by Stargue, you will receive a full refund.

At any time your training maybe moved into a virtual class room. An email will be sent out explaining the process and requirements. These virtual classroom sessions will have the same curriculum and will be run around the same date as the originally scheduled session. If you are unable to join the virtual classroom a recorded session will be available for you to watch. In that case you will also have the opportunity to schedule some one on one time to go through the training and ask any questions you might have. Please, note that bookings cannot be transferred within two weeks of the training date.

Training Schedule and Agenda

All training session schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related the proper delivery of a training to ensure your satisfaction. If you are traveling to attend a training, please, inform us when booking.

Limit of Liability

Stargue’s liability is limited to fees paid for the training, and is not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions dictate, or to cancel any aspect of the training due to exceptional circumstances.

Your Agreement to this Contract

In booking a training and by paying the training fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking terms and conditions.
